$125 per hour session

Insurance
Not affiliated with any insurance providers at this time.
However, I can provide out-of-network "Superbills" for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.

Payment
Cash and checks are currently accepted for payment. 
Credit card payments coming soon!

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full fee of the treatment as booked.
