Balancing on a surfboard, bike, yoga pose... in those moments, we find ourselves experiencing more joy, peace, and contentment.
Why? In the action of balancing, we are present in that moment, connected to our physical bodies and the elements in our environment, and temporarily free from worrying about the past or future.
